Healthy Eyes Advantage (HEA), a Nautic Partners-backed platform, has acquired Professional Eye Care Associates of America (PECAA). The deal, completed on July 27 with undisclosed terms, combines HEA's and PECAA's memberships to serve about 12,000 independent eyecare professionals and preserves PECAA's existing leadership while integrating purchasing, business solutions and member services.
