The investment — the first platform for Leeds Equity Partners VII — will support OptionMetrics' product and data expansion, client services, and inorganic growth initiatives; terms were not disclosed and OptionMetrics' founder David Hait remains CEO.

Conductor, the New York-based enterprise organic marketing (SEO) platform, has acquired European SEO technology provider Searchmetrics to accelerate its expansion in Europe and integrate Searchmetrics’ data assets and engineering team. The deal brings Searchmetrics’ ~70 employees, 500+ global customers (per Source 1) and long-standing European presence into Conductor’s product and support footprint to deliver greater global platform capabilities.

WGSN (Apax-backed) Acquires IWSR from Bowmark Capital

WGSN, controlled by funds advised by Apax Partners LLP, has acquired IWSR, the global leader in data, analytics and insights for the beverage alcohol industry, from Bowmark Capital. The acquisition—supported by Apax following its January 2024 acquisition of WGSN—strengthens WGSN's AI, data analytics and long-range forecasting capabilities; terms were not disclosed and the deal closed in June 2025.

ResourceWise Acquires Wood Resources International
