Sky Island Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Polished Metals Limited

Sky Island Capital, a Dallas-based lower middle market private equity firm, has made a majority investment in Polished Metals Limited, a Hillside, New Jersey-based polisher and supplier of architectural and ornamental metals. Sky Island will partner with the founding Lazarus family to support organic growth and pursue add-on acquisitions to expand the company’s product portfolio and customer base across architecture, transportation, and vertical markets such as elevators and escalators.
