Vermont Information Processing Acquires eoStar from Seaport Capital

Vermont Information Processing (VIP) has acquired eoStar, a Holland, Michigan–based provider of route accounting and distribution software, from Seaport Capital. eoStar will operate as a division of VIP as the companies combine capabilities to serve brewers, distributors, wineries and other beverage industry customers.
