Huron Capital Acquires TriStruX

Huron Capital completed the acquisition of TriStruX, a national provider of telecom infrastructure services formed from the 2020 merger of Telcom Engineering Group, Leone Electric Corporation and High Point Utilities. The deal creates a telecom infrastructure services platform to support 5G and fiber deployment nationwide, with TriStruX founders remaining in management and holding minority stakes.
