The affiliation is an add-on to EyeSouth’s platform network to provide administrative, operational and management support and to accelerate growth and geographic expansion in Greater Houston.

Olympus Partners Acquires EyeSouth Partners from Shore Capital Partners

Stamford-based private equity firm Olympus Partners has agreed to acquire EyeSouth Partners, an Atlanta-headquartered ophthalmology management services organization, from Shore Capital Partners. EyeSouth — which grew under Shore from a small regional practice to a network of over 270 doctors and 155 locations across 11 states — will continue to have physician investors alongside Olympus as it pursues further expansion.

Midwest Vision Partners Acquires Lee Eye Center

Midwest Vision Partners (MVP) has acquired Lee Eye Center (LEC), including Lee Surgery Center, expanding MVP's ophthalmology platform into Pennsylvania and West Virginia in addition to its existing Michigan and Ohio footprint. FOCUS Investment Banking advised LEC on the transaction; the deal brings LEC's five locations into MVP's network to support continued clinical and surgical growth.
