Stahl Acquires WEILBURGER Graphics

Stahl has acquired Germany-based WEILBURGER Graphics, a manufacturer of water-based and energy-cured coatings, inks and adhesives for the graphic arts and packaging markets. The deal strengthens Stahl's newly formed packaging coatings division and expands its product portfolio and European presence in growth end-markets such as food & beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals; financial terms were not disclosed.

Blanchon Group Acquires Dr Schutz

Blanchon Group has acquired Dr Schutz, the German family-owned specialist in floor renovation, protection and maintenance products, in a deal supported by private equity partners IK Partners and Abenex. The acquisition adds Dr Schutz’s product lines, five main sites and ~90 employees to Blanchon’s network and is intended to accelerate Blanchon’s international expansion and strengthen its flooring capabilities across Europe, particularly in Germany and the DACH region.

Doceo Acquires Print Technology Division of Graffen Business Systems

Belden Acquires Berthold Sichert GmbH

Sichert, based in Berlin, designs and manufactures polycarbonate street cabinets for outside-plant PON and 5G networks; the deal expands Belden's fiber portfolio and strengthens its solutions for telecom and 5G infrastructure.

Dieffenbacher Acquires Italian Press Manufacturer Pagnoni Impianti

German press and plant manufacturer Dieffenbacher has acquired Italian family-owned Pagnoni Impianti S.r.l., based in Aicurzio. The deal transfers Pagnoni's assets and its core four-person team to Dieffenbacher, with the business operating under the new name Pagnoni Dieffenbacher S.r.l., expanding Dieffenbacher's product and global service capabilities for wood-based panel production.

Geiger GmbH Acquires SOESTMEDIA

Geiger GmbH, the Germany-based subsidiary of U.S. promotional products distributor Geiger, has acquired SOESTMEDIA, a promotional products distributorship in Soest, Germany. The deal — led by Geiger's German unit following Geiger's 2024 acquisition of that unit — supports Geiger's continued international expansion and preserves the business and team of owner Marita Kempchen-Bock as she retires.
