Machine Solutions Inc. Acquires Alpine Laser LLC

Machine Solutions Inc., a provider of equipment and services to the medical device industry and a platform owned by BW Forsyth Partners, has acquired Alpine Laser LLC, a Minneapolis-based maker of laser processing workstations and development support. The acquisition adds laser processing capabilities to Machine Solutions' portfolio and is the company's ninth acquisition since joining the BW Forsyth Partners family.

Quad Capital Partners Acquires Worldwide Technologies

Quad Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on middle-market manufacturing companies, has acquired Worldwide Technologies (WWT), a precision CNC machining and fabrication business with facilities in Franklin and Glasgow, Kentucky. The transaction provides QCP a flagship manufacturing platform with advanced automation and engineering capabilities; WWT employs more than 150 people and operates over 100 CNC machines.

Machine Solutions Inc. Acquires BW-TEC AG

Machine Solutions Inc. has acquired all outstanding stock of Switzerland-headquartered BW-TEC AG, a designer and manufacturer of catheter-forming, laser-welding, necking, testing and coating equipment for the medical device industry. The deal expands Machine Solutions' product offering and geographic service capabilities by adding BW-TEC's European engineering and manufacturing resources to Machine Solutions' global sales and service network.

Luth-AR Acquires ACRO Machine Inc.

ReNEW Manufacturing Solutions Acquires Stillwater Technologies (rebranded Stillwater Machining)

ReNEW Manufacturing Solutions acquired Stillwater Technologies LLC, a 66-year-old precision machining and fabrication shop with AS9100 certification. The facility (70,000 sq ft, ~61 employees) will be added to ReNEW’s precision manufacturing platform and rebranded Stillwater Machining to expand capabilities and capacity across ReNEW’s U.S. network.
