Fourth, a Marlin Equity Partners-backed provider of workforce and inventory management software, has acquired Snagajob’s applicant tracking and onboarding solutions — PeopleMatter and Hiring Manager. The deal merges PeopleMatter’s mobile-first hiring, onboarding and training capabilities into Fourth’s end-to-end workforce platform to expand hiring/top-of-funnel functionality for restaurant, hospitality and retail customers.
