EQT Private Equity (through its EQT IX fund) has agreed to acquire PRO Unlimited Global Solutions Inc., a provider of contingent workforce management solutions, from funds managed by Harvest Partners and Investcorp. PRO Unlimited — headquartered in San Francisco with ~1,400 employees — will remain led by its existing management team, and EQT will support continued product development and expansion of the company's integrated platform.

PRO Unlimited Acquires PeopleTicker

PRO Unlimited, a global contingent workforce management provider, has acquired PeopleTicker, a compensation-data and market-rate intelligence firm. The acquisition integrates PeopleTicker's data science and global rate intelligence into PRO's VMS, MSP and RatePoint SaaS offerings to strengthen PRO's contingent workforce management platform and deliver expanded benchmarking and rate-intelligence capabilities to enterprise clients.

Workday Acquires HiredScore

Workday, the Pleasanton, California-based enterprise cloud applications company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire HiredScore, an AI-powered talent orchestration provider headquartered in New York. The acquisition (terms undisclosed, reported to be in the hundreds of millions) will integrate HiredScore's responsible AI recruiting and internal mobility capabilities into Workday's talent management and Skills Cloud offerings to enhance recruiting, screening, and internal mobility for customers.

HW Staffing Solutions Acquires Top Prospect Group
