Babcock Wanson Acquires Steam Plant Engineering

Babcock Wanson Group, supported by majority shareholder Kartesia, has acquired Steam Plant Engineering (SPE), a UK-based specialist in industrial boiler services. The add-on strengthens Babcock Wanson's UK footprint and complements its product offering by adding SPE's fire-tube steam boiler expertise to the group's existing thermal fluid and coil-type boiler capabilities.
