Andra Tech Group, a portfolio company backed by funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired Netherlands-based Lucassen Groep, a specialist in high-precision manufacturing and cleanroom assembly. The add-on strengthens Andra Tech Group’s position in its home market of the Netherlands and expands its technological capabilities serving semiconductor, analytical and optics end markets; selling shareholder Daniël Gulikers will remain as managing director.

Andra Tech Group, an Equistone-backed precision manufacturing platform, has acquired DKH Metaalbewerking B.V., a Dutch specialist in CNC milling and turning, from founder and CEO Francois van Hirtum. The add-on expands Andra Tech Group's footprint in the Netherlands and augments its capabilities in automated precision metal component production for end markets including food processing, automotive and medical equipment.

Andra Tech Group (backed by Castik Capital) Acquires Innotec Zerspanungstechnik GmbH

Andra Tech Group has acquired 100% of Innotec Zerspanungstechnik GmbH, a precision-machining manufacturer based in Sinsheim, Germany; financial terms were not disclosed and managing directors Jörg and Björn Leichenich will remain in place. Innotec’s ~75 employees serve medical, optics, high-tech systems and semiconductor customers; the acquisition expands Andra Tech Group’s German footprint and capabilities and is supported by funds managed by Castik Capital, which acquired a majority stake in Andra Tech Group in September 2024.

Andra Tech Group, a Netherlands-based precision parts group majority-owned by Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired Mayer Feintechnik GmbH, a Göttingen-based specialist in precision metal components. The deal (an add-on to the Andra Tech platform) expands ATG's presence into Germany and strengthens capabilities in cleanroom assembly and small-to-medium batch manufacturing; former majority shareholder and CEO Frank Neuschulz sold his stake and will reinvest in the combined group.

Castik Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Andra Tech Group

Funds managed by Castik Capital S.a.r.l. have agreed to acquire a majority stake in Andra Tech Group from funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe, Mountainview Capital Partners and management; Equistone and management will remain minority shareholders. Andra Tech Group, a Netherlands-headquartered group of precision component manufacturers employing ~700 people across 11 sites in the Netherlands and Germany, will pursue an accelerated growth strategy supported by Castik, including geographic expansion and capability development.

Metrie Acquires Certain Assets of Anderco Inc.

Metrie has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of Anderco Inc., a Fullerton, California-based manufacturer and distributor of doors and door frames. The deal expands Metrie’s millwork product offering and strengthens its presence and supply-chain footprint in California and the U.S.; the transaction was expected to close May 1 and has been reported as completed in follow-up announcements.
