Mainsail Partners, a San Francisco-based growth equity firm, invested $41 million in PlanHub to accelerate the company’s product development, expand its management team, and bolster sales and customer success. PlanHub is a cloud-based SaaS marketplace connecting general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers during the pre-construction bidding process and will use the funding to scale operations and go-to-market efforts.

Xalles Holdings Inc. (via its technology subsidiary Xalles Technology Inc.) will acquire AIgrowthHUB Inc. in a share exchange, making AIgrowthHUB a wholly owned subsidiary. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, AIgrowthHUB provides AI-driven customer acquisition and digital customer experience solutions and is expected to contribute about $7 million in revenue over the next 12 months.

GrowthCurve Capital Acquires Netchex

Accela Acquires ePermitHub to Enhance Civic Platform and AI-driven Plan Review

Accela has acquired ePermitHub, integrating the latter's Digital Plan Room and COMET Version Engine into the Accela Civic Platform to streamline permit submissions, document management, and plan review. Accela said it will invest in AI-driven plan review capabilities leveraging ePermitHub's repository of plan data to automate code interpretation, flag deficiencies, and accelerate approvals for government agencies.
