Shermco Industries Acquires Power Products and Solutions (PPS)

Shermco Industries has acquired Power Products and Solutions (PPS), a NETA-accredited electrical testing and breaker reconditioning specialist based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The deal (terms undisclosed) doubles Shermco's service capacity in the Charlotte area, expands its technical capabilities — including a PEARL-certified breaker shop — and strengthens the company's position across the Southeast. Shermco is majority-owned by Gryphon Investors.

Arcline Investment Management Acquires Electric Power Systems and North American Substation Services

Arcline Investment Management acquired Electric Power Systems (EPS) and North American Substation Services (NASS) from Industrial Growth Partners to create a leading electric infrastructure services platform (now branded Voltyx).
