Duravant Acquires Matthews' Warehouse Automation Business

Duravant, LLC has completed the acquisition of the Warehouse Automation business from Matthews International Corporation. Matthews received $232.1 million in total consideration for the business (cash plus assumption of liabilities); the business generated $72 million in sales in fiscal 2025 and Matthews said proceeds will be used to reduce outstanding debt.

Diversified Automation, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, is an industrial automation systems integrator with ~140 experts and roughly $100 million in annual revenue that serves major parcel and e-commerce customers such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon.
