Capital (through an affiliate) has acquired Patriot Pickle, a manufacturer and distributor of refrigerated pickles and other fermented foods headquartered in Wayne, New Jersey, from Swander Pace Capital. H.I.G. will partner with Patriot's existing management to support the company's next phase of organic and acquisition-driven growth; terms were not disclosed.
