United Dental Corporation (UDC), a Miami‑based dental service organization, acquired Georgia prosthodontics practice Hal N. Arnold, DMD, MS (Esthetic & Implant Dentistry). The acquisition expands UDC’s presence in Georgia to three practices and is the thirteenth practice acquisition since UDC began its acquisition strategy in October 2022; terms were not disclosed.
