Easy Ice has acquired Fort Myers-based Southwest Refrigeration and the leasing division of Roxboro Refrigeration (Roxboro, NC), expanding its managed commercial ice machine rental and leasing footprint in South Florida and North Carolina/Virginia. The deals are add-on acquisitions to bolster Easy Ice’s local service capabilities and leasing operations as the company continues to scale its national managed-ice rental business.
