EAB, the education research and services provider, has acquired Seramount — a leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) consulting and membership organization — from Bonnier Corp. The acquisition brings Seramount's membership, consulting, events and publications (including WorkingMother.com) into EAB to expand its capabilities in DE&I and strengthen connections between education institutions and employers.
