1E, a London-based Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform provider, has acquired Exoprise, a provider of digital experience monitoring and application/network observability. The acquisition expands 1E’s observability and application experience management capabilities—bringing Exoprise’s RUM, synthetics and ISP/UC monitoring into the 1E platform to improve troubleshooting and user-centric performance insights for enterprise customers.

EasyVista Acquires Coservit (ServiceNav)

EasyVista has acquired Coservit, the developer of the ServiceNav AIOps and SaaS monitoring platform, to extend EasyVista’s ITSM offering with observability and predictive monitoring capabilities. The deal is backed by EasyVista’s shareholders (Eurazeo and Cathay) and financed by funds managed by BlackRock, positioning EasyVista as a consolidator in the ITSM and observability market.

ITRS Acquires IP-Label to Expand Digital Experience Monitoring Capabilities and Presence in Europe

ITRS, a provider of real-time IT monitoring and observability solutions for financial services and regulated industries, signed a definitive agreement to acquire IP-Label, a Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) provider headquartered in France. The deal is expected to close in mid-January 2026 and is designed to strengthen ITRS’s DEM capabilities by adding IP-Label’s AI-powered Ekara platform and 310+ enterprise customers across 25 countries.

Infovista Acquires Empirix

Infovista has acquired Empirix, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company, adding Empirix's cloud-native KLERITY assurance and analytics capabilities to strengthen Infovista's 5G network lifecycle automation platform. As part of the transaction Thoma Bravo becomes a minority shareholder in Infovista while Apax Partners remains the major shareholder; financial terms were not disclosed.

Atos Acquires Ipsotek

Atos has completed the acquisition of Ipsotek, a London-based provider of AI-enhanced video analytics, strengthening Atos' Edge AI and computer vision capabilities. Ipsotek brings its VISuite platform, approximately 50 professionals and more than 600 projects across 38 countries to Atos' portfolio to support public sector, retail, transportation, manufacturing and critical infrastructure use cases.

EasyVista Acquires Goverlan

EasyVista, backed by Eurazeo and Cathay Capital, has acquired Miami-based Goverlan, a remote support and IT process automation software provider. The deal (financed in part by BlackRock's European Middle Market Private Debt team) expands EasyVista’s ITSM capabilities toward self-healing functionality and adds ~1,600 customers, supporting EasyVista’s North American expansion and 2025 growth plan.
