(through multiple state subsidiaries including Indiana American Water and Illinois American Water) completed its acquisition of regulated water and wastewater system assets from Nexus Regulated Utilities, a subsidiary of Nexus Water Group. The approximately $315 million (cash, subject to adjustment) transaction closed June 1, 2026 and expands American Water’s footprint in eight U.S. states, adding roughly 47,000 customer connections.

H2O Care Partners Acquires Joe Water in Southwest Florida

Warren Equity Forms USA Water and Acquires Si Environmental

Warren Equity Partners formed USA Water Holdings and, together with the platform, acquired Si Environmental (SIE) as the inaugural add-on to a buy-and-build water and wastewater platform.
