Edgewater Capital Partners has acquired NeoGraf Solutions, LLC from Aterian Investment Partners. NeoGraf, a Lakewood, Ohio–based designer, formulator, and manufacturer of specialty natural graphite products serving end markets such as electric vehicles, electronic thermal management, renewable energy and building materials, will be supported by Edgewater to accelerate growth and product development.
