Electronic Arts (EA) has acquired Metalhead Software, the Victoria, British Columbia-based developer of the Super Mega Baseball franchise. The Metalhead team will continue operating from Victoria and will partner with EA SPORTS to grow the franchise and develop new sports gaming experiences; terms were not disclosed.
