Electronics For Imaging (EFI), a Siris portfolio company, has acquired Inèdit Software S.L., a Barcelona-based developer of raster image processors (RIPs) and digital textile printing workflow software. Inèdit will be integrated into EFI's Reggiani textile business to expand EFI's digital textile printing capabilities and end-to-end workflow offerings; terms were not disclosed.
