Fleetio Acquires Auto Integrate and Raises $450M Series D

Fleetio announced the acquisition of Auto Integrate and the simultaneous close of a >$450 million Series D co-led by Elephant and Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, valuing the combined business at over $1.5 billion. The deal integrates Auto Integrate’s maintenance-authorization network into Fleetio’s fleet optimization platform to create an end-to-end, customer-centric fleet maintenance solution serving fleets, repair shops and rental operators across North America and beyond.

Autonomy Acquires EV Mobility's Technology, Assets and Customer Accounts

Autonomy, an electric vehicle subscription company based in Santa Monica, has agreed to acquire the technology, assets and customer accounts of EV Mobility, an all-electric car-sharing platform that provides EVs as an amenity to hotels and multi-family properties. The deal (cash and stock, terms undisclosed) is intended to accelerate Autonomy's entry into car-sharing, expand its product offering, and scale usage through EV Mobility's existing hospitality and property partnerships; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023.

Circle Acquires Elements to Accelerate Crypto Payments

Circle has acquired Elements, a developer-first payments orchestration platform, to accelerate its crypto payments roadmap and make it easier for merchants to accept USDC and other crypto payments. The deal will let Circle scale payments offerings, integrate merchants' existing PSP relationships, and deliver payment APIs and SDKs to lower the barrier of entry for merchants and developers.

Powerfleet Acquires Fleet Complete

AutoVitals Acquires BayIQ

Element Logic Acquires SDI Industries

Norway-based warehouse automation integrator Element Logic has acquired SDI Industries, a Los Angeles-headquartered provider of turnkey automation and sortation systems, expanding Element Logic's footprint into the United States and Latin America. Element Logic is majority-owned by Castik Capital, and SDI's management will reinvest and remain jointly responsible for the U.S. business; the deal adds more than 200 experts and extends Element Logic's AutoStore integration and sortation capabilities.
