Elevator Service LLC (“ESI”) entered into a partnership and completed an investment to acquire A-1 Elevator Service and Pinnacle Elevator, independent elevator service providers serving the Greater New Orleans area and Southern Louisiana/Mississippi. The deal is ESI’s fifth add-on acquisition in the last two years and supports its launch and expansion strategy into the Southeast region.
