EMK Capital to Acquire Project Informatica (WeAreProject Group) from H.I.G. Capital

H.I.G. Capital announced that an affiliate has signed a definitive agreement to sell its portfolio company Project Informatica (WeAreProject Group) to EMK Capital. The management team of Project Informatica and H.I.G. will reinvest alongside EMK, and the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
