StenTech Acquires Advanced Metal Etching (AME)

StenTech, an Align Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Advanced Metal Etching, Inc. (AME), a precision photochemical etching and laser-cutting specialist based in Ligonier, Indiana. The add-on expands StenTech's Parts Division capabilities — adding AME's Hybrid Etch-Laser Process and two facilities to strengthen precision parts manufacturing and broaden end-market exposure (aerospace, medical, automotive, defense and energy).

Enpro Inc. Acquires AlpHa Measurement Solutions and Overlook Industries

Enpro Inc. agreed to acquire AlpHa Measurement Solutions and Overlook Industries for an aggregate of approximately $280 million in cash, expanding its Sealing Technologies segment with liquid analytical sensing/instrumentation and single-use biopharma components. Overlook’s deal closed Oct. 8, 2025, and Enpro completed the AlpHa acquisition in November 2025; the combined acquisitions are expected to contribute more than $60 million in revenue and $17–18 million in adjusted segment EBITDA.

Mastercam Acquires Advanced Mechanical Engineering AB (AME) in Sweden

Mastercam, part of the Sandvik Group, completed the acquisition of longtime channel partner Advanced Mechanical Engineering AB (AME) to establish a direct presence in Sweden and Norway. AME will operate as Mastercam Sverige, bringing local customer relationships, support capabilities, and training in-market to strengthen Mastercam's responsiveness and service delivery across the two Nordic markets.

AFM Capital Partners Acquires Pro Products, Inc.

SJE Acquires AMI Global from Cimbria Capital

EnPro Industries Acquires NxEdge from Trive Capital

EnPro Industries agreed to acquire NxEdge, an advanced manufacturing, cleaning, coating, and refurbishment business serving the semiconductor value chain, from private equity owner Trive Capital. NxEdge — based in Boise, Idaho with six facilities in Idaho and California and a strong aftermarket/recurring-revenue business — will join EnPro's Advanced Surface Technologies segment to expand capabilities and customer reach in semiconductors and related end markets.
