Epic Games has acquired Sketchfab, a web-based 3D content discovery, editing and marketplace platform hosting millions of 3D assets. The acquisition will keep Sketchfab as an independently branded service while integrating closely with Unreal Engine to expand 3D, AR and VR creator tools and grow the creator ecosystem.
