Epicor has acquired Data Interchange, a UK-based provider of cloud Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technologies and managed services. The deal—terms not disclosed—adds Data Interchange’s DiNet, Odex, Darwin and XE EDI mapping solutions to Epicor’s portfolio, expanding Epicor’s B2B integration capabilities and European market reach.
