Seven Seas builds, owns, and operates decentralized water and wastewater treatment plants across the U.S., the Caribbean, and Latin America using its Water-as-a-Service model. The deal is subject to customary conditions and approvals.

West Street Infrastructure Partners III, an infrastructure fund managed by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division, has agreed to acquire Synagro Technologies, Inc., the largest provider of wastewater biosolids solutions in North America, from EQT Infrastructure II. The transaction, expected to close in December 2020, transfers a platform that manages over 14 million tons of biosolids annually across 24 facilities and serves roughly 1,000 municipal and industrial customers across 35 states.

I Squared Capital, via its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, has acquired a controlling majority interest in the Whistler Pipeline from a group including First Infrastructure Capital, Ridgemont Equity Partners, affiliates of West Texas Gas, affiliates of Stonepeak Partners and the WhiteWater management team. The Whistler Pipeline is a major natural gas transmission system linking the Permian Basin to Gulf Coast LNG facilities, Mexico and other Gulf Coast demand, with most capacity contracted under long-term, fixed-fee commitments.

HES, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, operates 37 regulated facilities in the U.S., employs roughly 1,600 people, and provides industrial and hazardous waste management, on‑site support, emergency response and sustainability services to more than 1,800 customers; EQT says it will support HES's growth, digitalization and operational improvements.
