EQT Transition Infrastructure to Acquire Scale Microgrids

EQT Transition Infrastructure has agreed to acquire Scale Microgrids, a vertically integrated developer, acquirer, owner, and operator of microgrids and distributed energy resources, from Warburg Pincus and other existing shareholders. The investment is EQT’s first North American deal under its Transition Infrastructure strategy and will be supported by incremental capital and technology/commercial process enhancements.
