EVI Industries Completes Acquisition of Consolidated Laundry Equipment and Central Equipment Company

EVI Industries completed mergers with Raleigh, North Carolina-based Consolidated Laundry Equipment and Columbia, South Carolina-based Central Equipment Company (collectively "CLE") on February 7, 2022. The two businesses, which distribute commercial laundry equipment and provide installation and maintenance services, join EVI's existing southeastern operations as part of its ongoing buy-and-build growth strategy.
