Exclusive Networks signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of NEXTGEN Group (NEXTGEN), a cybersecurity-focused channel services company in Australia and New Zealand. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024, subject to customary conditions precedent, and is intended to strengthen Exclusive Networks’ APAC go-to-market position.
