TRG, LLC has acquired MS Rubber Company, a Jackson, Mississippi-based industrial supplier and fabricator of rubber products; the transaction closed on September 12, 2023. MS Rubber (founded 1963) supplies hydraulic hoses, fittings, belts, gaskets and related products across Mississippi and the Southern U.S.; TRG (headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin) said the acquisition expands its footprint and sealing/distribution capabilities in the Southeastern United States.

Myers Industries (NYSE: MYE) acquired the assets of Mohawk Rubber Sales of New England Inc., a leading auto aftermarket and tire repair distributor headquartered in Hingham, Massachusetts. The acquisition, financed with Myers' revolving credit facility, adds four distribution centers and ~$65M of 2021 revenue to Myers' Distribution segment to expand geographic coverage, improve supply chain scale, and capture cost and growth synergies.

Belt Power LLC Acquires Rubber Service Corp.

Belt Power LLC, a Marietta, Georgia-based distributor and fabricator of conveyor system components and a portfolio company of Shorehill Capital, completed the asset acquisition of Rubber Service Corp. on December 1, 2020. The deals mark the sixth and seventh add-ons to the Exigent platform since its August 2022 launch and expand the platform's geographic footprint and integrated HVAC, plumbing, and controls capabilities across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.
