Fairbanks Morse Defense has agreed to acquire Truflo Marine from IMI plc to expand its naval technology, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities. The acquisition adds highly engineered valve and control solutions used in mission-critical submarine and surface vessel systems for allied navies worldwide, and is subject to customary regulatory closing conditions.
