Five Star Parks & Attractions (Fruition Partners) Acquires Dubby's Attractions and Celebration Station

Five Star Parks & Attractions, a Branson-based platform backed by Denver-based private equity firm Fruition Partners, acquired a portfolio of five locations from Dubby’s Attractions and all five locations of Celebration Station. The deals expand Five Star’s footprint to 13 family entertainment center locations across seven states, strengthening its presence in the Midwest and southern United States.
