Fluidra Acquires Swim & Fun Scandinavia ApS

Fluidra S.A., the Barcelona-based global leader in pool and wellness equipment, has acquired 100% of Danish Swim & Fun Scandinavia ApS, a market-leading Nordic distributor of pools, water-treatment and maintenance products. The deal included an upfront payment of ~€21 million plus performance-based earn-outs tied to 2023–2025 results; Swim & Fun's management will remain with the business to continue its growth in the Nordics.

Fluidra Acquires Pooltrackr and Takes 27% Stake in Aiper

Fluidra S.A. Acquires Custom Molded Products (CMP) from Tenex Capital Management

Fluidra S.A. (BME: FDR) agreed to acquire Custom Molded Products ("CMP"), a Newnan, Georgia-based manufacturer of pool and spa components, from Tenex Capital Management for $245 million. The acquisition expands Fluidra’s product portfolio (sanitizers, white goods, dedicated spa equipment, LED and water/fire features), strengthens its North American operations and was funded with existing cash and debt facilities; Fluidra expects the deal to be accretive to cash EPS from day one.

Fluidra Acquires Built Right (Punta Gorda Heat Pump Manufacturer)

Fluidra has completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of Built Right, a Punta Gorda, Florida-based manufacturer of high-performance pool and spa heat pumps. The deal adds Built Right's heat pump products to Fluidra's portfolio to expand its presence in the fast-growing North American heat pump category while Built Right will continue operating from its Punta Gorda headquarters.

Adragos Pharma Acquires Baccinex

Adragos Pharma, a Munich-headquartered CDMO, has acquired Baccinex, a Swiss sterile fill-finish specialist based in Courroux, Jura. The acquisition adds a US FDA- and EU-GMP-certified 6,200 m² facility and over 110 sterile fill-finish experts to Adragos' global manufacturing network, enhancing its clinical and commercial sterile manufacturing capabilities.

Solix Group AB Acquires Agramkow Fluid Systems A/S from Dürr Group

Swedish investment company Solix Group AB has signed an agreement to acquire Danish Agramkow Fluid Systems A/S from Dürr AG. The transaction is a divestiture of Dürr's non-core filling-technology business (Agramkow), a Sønderborg-headquartered supplier to refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat-pump manufacturers that reported around €45m revenue and ~160 employees in 2023; completion is expected after a carve-out at the end of Q2 2024.
