Forcepoint Acquires Deep Secure

The acquisition is intended to extend Forcepoint’s defense-grade capabilities for governments, critical infrastructure and enterprise customers worldwide.

The deal (announced April 17, 2023 and completed April 24, 2023) strengthens ZeroFox’s attack surface management and global threat intelligence capabilities and will integrate LookingGlass leadership into the ZeroFox executive team.
