Fortive Completes Acquisition of Provation Software from Clearlake Capital Group

Fortive completed its previously announced acquisition of Provation Software, adding the clinical workflow software provider as an operating company within Fortive’s Advanced Healthcare Solutions (AHS) segment. The deal was originally announced as a $1.425 billion acquisition from Clearlake, with Provation serving more than 5,000 healthcare facility customers.
