Fundwell Acquires EveryStreet

Fundwell has acquired EveryStreet, an accounts receivable, accounts payable and flexible payments platform, bringing EveryStreet's founders and engineering team into Fundwell to expand its cash-flow and payments capabilities. The deal closed in August 2025 and will integrate EveryStreet's receivables/payments technology into Fundwell's funding marketplace to offer SMBs end-to-end cash flow management and financing.
