Genpact Acquires Pharmalink Consulting

Genpact Ltd. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pharmalink Consulting, a provider of regulatory affairs services to the life sciences industry, and completed the transaction in May 2014. The acquisition expands Genpact's life sciences capabilities—adding regulatory strategy, CMC, regulatory operations and publishing services—and brings Pharmalink employees in the US, UK, India, Ireland and Puerto Rico into Genpact's Life Sciences vertical.
