Savant Wealth Management acquired two fee-only RIAs: Kemp Financial Management of Fullerton, California (approximately $255.2M AUM) and BDK Financial Services of Brighton, Michigan (approximately $52.4M AUM). Both deals closed Sept. 30; the former's founder Robert Kemp and BDK owner Donald G. Wylin joined Savant as member-owners as Savant continues inorganic growth and expands its geographic footprint.

Savant Wealth Management, a Rockford, Illinois–based fee-only registered investment adviser, has acquired Parkworth Wealth Management, a boutique RIA headquartered in Los Gatos, California, that manages approximately $216 million in AUM. The deal closed July 31, 2025; Parkworth principals and staff joined Savant to expand the firm's California presence and deepen its specialization serving technology professionals.

Savant Wealth Management Acquires Gryphon Advisors

Savant Wealth Management, a fee-only RIA headquartered in Rockford, Illinois, acquired Evanston-based Gryphon Advisors, a fee-only RIA with approximately $557 million in AUM. The deal closed Sept. 30, 2025; Gryphon’s seven employees transitioned to Savant, and the firm’s three principals joined as member-owners, expanding Savant’s Chicagoland presence and adding tax capabilities.

Savant Wealth Management Acquires PrairieView Partners

Savant Wealth Management has acquired PrairieView Partners, a St. Paul, Minnesota-based registered investment adviser managing more than $1.2 billion in AUM. The deal, which closed August 31, 2025, brings PrairieView's leadership into Savant as member-owners and transitions 15 of PrairieView's 19 employees into Savant's wealth management division (four to Savant Tax & Consulting); financial terms were not disclosed.

Savant Wealth Management Acquires Source Financial Advisors

The deal closed on December 9, 2024 (terms undisclosed); Source founder Michelle Smith and several team members joined Savant as advisors and staff as part of the transition.

Savant Wealth Management Acquires Capital Directions

Savant Wealth Management has acquired Atlanta-based Capital Directions, a registered investment adviser with approximately $3.3 billion in AUM and about 25 employees. The deal expands Savant's footprint (to 10 states and 26 offices) and strengthens its TAMP and retirement plan services; members of Capital Directions' ownership team will become significant equity owners in Savant.
