Center for Pain Management Acquires Indiana Spine & Pain Institute

Triton Pacific Partners with Integrated Pain Associates

Triton Pacific Capital Partners has announced a partnership with Integrated Pain Associates (IPA), a Central Texas minimally invasive spine and pain platform operating clinics and ambulatory surgery centers. Florac and Star Mountain Capital participated in the investment alongside Triton Pacific; terms were not disclosed. The investment will support IPA’s hub-and-spoke expansion playbook to grow clinics and ASCs into new, underserved markets.
