St. Louis-based private equity firm Holleway Capital Partners has acquired T-TEK Material Handling, a Montgomery, Alabama manufacturer of high-speed palletizing, depalletizing and conveying systems. The transaction was completed with subordinated debt and equity provided by Capital For Business (CFB), and T-TEK management (Michael and Brian Traff) rolled/retained ownership and will remain with the company.

Alta Equipment Group Acquires Hilo Equipment & Services

Alta Equipment Group Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Hilo Equipment & Services, a privately held material handling equipment distributor with three branches in the New York City metro area. Hilo generated approximately $50 million in revenue and $3.0 million of Adjusted EBITDA in FY2019; the acquisition expands Alta's footprint in the northeastern United States and strengthens its OEM partnerships and service capabilities.
