ControlSoft, Inc. has acquired eSimulation, Inc., a Houston-based developer of cloud-based modeling, optimization and digitalization software for midstream natural gas, along with its joint-venture partner DxT3, Inc. The deal integrates eSimulation's midstream optimization and IIoT capabilities with ControlSoft's MANTRA APC and INTUNE+ CLPM platforms to expand ControlSoft's process optimization and digital transformation offerings into upstream and midstream oil & gas markets.
