Scalar, an independent business valuation firm, has acquired Jonathan Lubick Consulting, a Tel Aviv–based transfer pricing and valuation advisory firm. The deal expands Scalar’s transfer pricing and valuation capabilities, establishes a presence in Israel, and brings Jonathan Lubick on as Managing Director of Transfer Pricing Services while retaining the target's employees.
