Mitratech has acquired two risk- and resilience-focused software companies — Prevalent, a third-party risk management leader, and Preparis, a business continuity and incident-response platform — expanding its enterprise risk and compliance platform. The company acquired Prevalent from Insight Partners and Preparis (previously backed by LLR Partners) as part of a capability expansion to connect AI-enabled TPRM, business continuity planning, and incident management.
