Trust Payments Acquires Mobilize Systems

Trust Payments Ltd has acquired Mobilize Systems, a UK-based mobile customer engagement and loyalty platform that serves retail and hospitality merchants. The acquisition will combine Mobilize's mobile loyalty and behavioral analytics capabilities with Trust Payments' transactional data and payments technology to deliver integrated loyalty, SmartPOS and enhanced merchant insights.

Apax Partners (via Erling Bidco AS) Agrees Recommended Cash Offer to Acquire EcoOnline Holding AS

Funds advised by Apax Partners LLP, through an acquisition vehicle Erling Bidco AS, launched a recommended cash tender offer to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of EcoOnline Holding AS. Summa Equity Fund II signed a pre-acceptance undertaking to sell its shares; the transaction (announced in June 2022) is subject to customary completion conditions and regulatory approvals and will take the EHS SaaS provider private to support further growth and international expansion.

Billtrust Acquires Order2Cash

Billtrust has acquired Netherlands-based Order2Cash, a B2B order-to-cash platform provider, to expand its European footprint and broaden its Business Payments Network (BPN). Order2Cash's enterprise customer base and connections to 70+ B2B and B2G e-invoicing networks will be integrated into Billtrust's SaaS AR automation and payments platform; the Order2Cash team will continue operating from Amsterdam, Joure, Krakow and New York.
