Constructel Visabeira Acquires Verità Telecommunications Corporation

Constructel Visabeira, a subsidiary of Grupo Visabeira backed by Goldman Sachs Alternatives, has acquired Verità Telecommunications Corporation, a US-based wireline and wireless services provider headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan. The deal doubles Constructel's US revenues to over $250 million, gives it a strong platform in the Central US telecom services market, and keeps Verità's existing management team in place under CEO Michael A. Falsetti.
